Public docs site

kiln now has a public documentation site, built with Docusaurus. It mirrors the in-app feature pages (⌘3), so the docs you read on the web match what ships in the app.

The site seeds from kiln's existing feature docs: one page per surface, kept current as behavior changes. Getting-started guides cover install, running, providers, and the keyboard shortcuts. The changelog you're reading lives here too.
